Q:  What should I do if the items were damaged ? Can I get a exchange?
A:  We will do our best to package safe and securely your items.but if shipping damages upon receipt, You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. We may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed .
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt , please send back the returns by insured airmail within 30 days after receipt, we will not be responsible for any lose during the shipment.
All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
